What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Personalized or custom products cannot be returned.  All returns must be processed by contacting customer support.

What if the wrong item is sent or the product is defective?  

If you get the wrong item or defective product, please contact Customer Service for help with your order.

Can personalized or custom products be returned?

Customized products are ineligible for returns. 

Is return shipping free?

No, return shipping fees are not covered. 

How do I to track my return?

Once a return is processed, you will receive an email notification. For more information on a return that is in process, please contact Customer Service. 

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is processed, it may take 7-10 business days before showing up on your billing statement.

How do I exchange for a different size?

If you need a different size, you may contact customer support to return your product then purchase the correct size. Returns are based on eligibility. 

How long will an exchange take?

To prevent any delays, it is recommend that you place a new order.  If you do not want to place a new order, an exchange may take up to two weeks. 

Is there a shipping fee on exchanges?

Yes, there is a shipping fee for any exchange order. 

If an item size is no longer available, what are my options?

If an item is not available, it is recommend that you sign up to be alerted when the item is back in stock by selecting “Notify me when available” on the product page.
