OFFICIAL RULES - KPOP DEMON HUNTERS SWEEPSTAKES

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Sweepstakes is to offer United States based entrants a chance to win an eGift Card from the Netflix e-commerce website (the “Netflix Shop” or the “Netflix Shop Website”) (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to the rules below (the “Rules”) and the Terms of Service for the Netflix Shop located at www.netflix.shop.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia and who are 18 years or older (and the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry (“You” or the “Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and/or Netflix, Inc. (“Netflix” or “Client”)  and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
   
   

2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Snow Commerce, Inc., an Ohio corporation, with a principal place of business at 1340 Clay St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, United States (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes may be promoted on social media platforms.  Any such social media platforms are not affiliated with the Sweepstakes in any way and are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the Prize. In addition, neither Netflix nor any of its affiliated entities are sponsors of this Sweepstakes.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to this Sweepstakes. 

4. Modification to Rules: Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to modify these Rules at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
   
   

5. Sweepstakes Period: Entries to the Sweepstakes will be accepted online starting on July 21, 2025, at 12:00 AM, EST, and ending on August 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM, PST. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all time-related matters related to the Sweepstakes.
   
   

6. How to Enter; Entry Limit: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes page [www.netflix.shop/pages/kpop-demon-hunters-sweepstakes]. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements as per these Rules for the Entrant to be eligible to win the Prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. Except as provided herein, You may not enter more than once per day during the entry period, including by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Rules. 

7. Prize: The prize is a pack consisting of one (1) $300 Netflix Shop eGift Card (collectively, the “Prize” or “Prize Pack”). A total of One (1) Prize Pack will be awarded to each of the Winners. The specifics of the Prize Pack shall be solely determined by the Sponsor.  Estimated  Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize Pack is Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). ERV of all Prize Pack is Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).  Actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary.  All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value. If the actual value of the Prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the respective Winners. No substitution of the Prize or transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winners is permitted. Acceptance of Prizes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winners’ names, likenesses, and entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

8. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Winner Selection and Notification: From all the qualifying entries the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner using an online tool on August 5, 2025 (the “Winner”). The Winner will be notified via direct message to the email address submitted at the time of entry within five (5) days following the selection date. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and at Sponsor’s sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Receipt by the Winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE Sweepstakes, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

10. Rights Granted by You: By providing your [full name and email address] in connection with the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Sponsor and the Client, as well as anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, affiliates and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

11. Additional Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same Entrant from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Netflix, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (the “Releasees”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.  

13. Waiver: By participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees that the Sponsor will have no liability whatsoever (jointly and severally) for, and will not be held liable by the Entrant (jointly and severally) for any intellectual property-related claims, bodily injury, loss, cost or damage of any kind to people, including death and property damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Your creation, use, or intended use of Your entry, participation in this Sweepstakes, and the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a state or federal court located in the State of Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

15. Privacy: By participating in this Sweepstakes, You agree that the Sponsor will process Your personal data (full name, email, and any other information provided during your entry) in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.snowcommerce.com/privacy-policy (“Sponsor’s Privacy Policy”). For purposes of personal data collected as part of these Sweepstakes, references in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy to “site”, “Website”, and similar terms shall be understood as referring to shop.netflix.com where the sweepstakes will be hosted. Sponsor may share such personal data with the Client for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Purposes of data processing include organizing the Sweepstakes, evaluation of Your entry, communication with You, selection of the Winners and awarding the Prize, and use in a publicly available Winners list. Your data will be processed based on:

    1. Your consent, which You can withdraw at any time by contacting the Sponsor at consumerdataprivacy@snowcommerce.com ;
    2. the Sponsor’s legitimate interests, such as the promotion of the Client's brand and other marketing purposes, as well as detecting fraud, abuse, other malicious activities, and/or enforcing or defending the Sponsor’s legal rights.

Provision of Your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the above-mentioned personal data will automatically exclude You from participation in this Sweepstakes. Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the above-mentioned purposes and as long as there is a legal basis for data processing. For example, if You withdraw Your consent, Your data will be deleted, if it is not required to enforce or defend Sponsor’s legal rights. Please see Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at for details regarding the sharing of personal data with third parties, data subject’s rights, and information security. 

Copy of Rules; Winners List: To obtain a copy of these Rules or Winners list, mail Your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Snow Commerce, Inc. 1340 Clay St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, United States. Requests must be received no later than August 11, 2025 11:59PM, EST.
