Great but not perfect + Shipping took way longer than expected

All around, I'd have to say I'm pretty pleased with my Chilleez plush. It came undamaged and in nice Netflix styled packaging, so that was neat. Though, it wasn't as soft as I thought it would be. It's not really a 'cuddly texture' if you know what I mean. I use it as decoration, opposed to a pillow. Moreover, the "secret" zip pocket isn't actually deep enough to fit anything proper in it. Not even a TV remote! Plus, it's a shame that a huge company like Netflix didn't opt to make this product vegan. I would've paid more for a vegan version to be honest.

I must warn you too about the shipping. If ordering to the UK (and probably anywhere except the USA) it DOES NOT take 1-2 days. It took 2-3 weeks to get from the USA to the UK, a couple days to get to my actual city, and THEN 1-2 days for the courier to actually bring it to me. So in reality, shipment is actually around a month...
