What is Route+?
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost or stolen packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Since Route covers the aforementioned incidents, any incident not covered by Route will not be honored with a claim. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be treated as otherwise delivered without Route+ protection. How does Route work?
If your Route protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Why do I need Route Package Protection?
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.

How does Route process refunds and reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.
