From the mind of Kid Cudi and executive producer Kenya Barris, ENTERGALACTIC is the story of two young artists navigating the twists and turns of finding love amid the poppin’ streets and sick beats of New York City. Our streetwear-clad hero, Jabari, is an artist on the cusp of something — a creative explosion and the potential, hopeful, maybe possibly success that whirls out of it. His illustrative alter ego, Mr. Rager, is the conduit of that rise and rollick, playing emotional spirit guide to Jabari through stylized animation sequences. Inspired by those chaotically energetic drawings from the series, famed artist JCRo interprets Mr. Rager in his trademark low-poly style. It’s a monochromatic sculpture to marvel at, because the way it catches the light provides for a freakin’ cool, otherworldly dimensional effect.
